【キャンセルした場合の負担】cancellation charge
★<研修自体のキャンセル> the total cancellation of the program itself
・過去に例はありません。We have never experienced this tragedy.
・ケンブリッジ大学側の都合で現地研修が中止になる場合、費用を払い込んだ後
でも全額返金されます（但し為替レートの差損が発生する場合があります）。
When the program is cancelled for reasons on the part of the college,
the fee you have paid to the college will be reimbursed (you might have
a loss due to the exchange rate difference).
・キャンセル時の往復航空券関係は旅行業者、航空会社の規定によります。
The cancellation charge of flights depends totally on the travel agent &
the airline company and the timing of the cancellation.
・すでに学研災付帯留学保険料金、保険特約、海外留学生安全対策協議会の危機
管理サービス（J-TAS）の料金が支払済の場合、戻らない場合もあります。
If the program is canceled, money you have paid for the group overseas
travel insurance by Japan Educational Exchanges and Services, the
special contract group insurance, and JCSOS (Japanese Council for the
Safety of Overseas Students) Total Assistance Service may partly be
refunded or not be reimbursed depending on their rules.
★＜個人の参加辞退＞individual withdrawal
★09/30/2026（応募者不足の場合の追加募集期間開始直前）まで
by 09/30/2026 (immediately before the possible additional recruitment)
・キャンセル料の負担は全くありません。この時点で辞退者により最低催行人員
（2027年組では16名の予定）を割り込んだ場合は、追加合格候補者を選びます
が、最低催行人員回復が下記10/22/2026までに間に合わなかったときは研修は
中止です。申込後の辞退がないようにきちんと決心してからお申込みください。
No withdrawal charge is imposed. Additional students will be selcted
if there are fewer applicants than the required minimum (16) for the
2026 program as of 10/22/2026, but the whole program would be
cancelled if the total number of successful applicants does not reach 16 as
of 10/22/2026. Make sure to consider application carefully before actually
applying so that your withdrawal may not disappoint other applicants.
★10/22/2026（追加募集期間終了日）まで
by 10/22/2026 (the deadline of the possible additional application)
・キャンセル料の負担は「原則として」ありません。
"Basically", no withdrawal charge would be imposed.
・但し辞退者が生じたことで催行最低人員（2027年組は16名の予定）を下回るこ
とになった場合、グループ全体で不足人数分の差額を負担する必要があり、そ
の差額は09/30/2026より後の辞退者の均等割負担とせざるを得ません。
If withdrawing applicants cause the total number ofapplicants to be
smaller than the required minimum (16 for the 2027 program), those
who withdraw after 09/30/2026 are required to pay an equal amount of
money to make up for the number of applicants in short.
＊計算の例：合格者18名、最低催行人員が16名、09/30/2026以降4名キャン
セルの時、現員14名で2名分最低催行人員を割り込むので、２名分のケンブ
リッジ大分費用をキャンセルした4名で均等負担していただきます。この場
合では、キャンセル者ひとりあたり40-50万円前後の負担と予想されます。
If, for example, 18 applicants are accepted (when the required
minimum is 16) and 4 of them withdraw after 09/30/2026, then those
4 withdrawers must pay for 2 applicants (2=16-(18-4)). In this case,
one withdrawer is expected to pay around 40-50 man yen.
★5-6月の旅行業者からカレッジへの送金以降
after our travel agent sends the total fee to the college in May/June
・契約上ケンブリッジ大学に支払ったお金は参加辞退しても戻ってきません。
Our contract says the fee youhave paid to the college will not be
reimbursed even if you withdraw from the program.
・交通費は所定のキャンセル料を差し引いて戻ってきます。
Air fares and a hotel cost will be returned with a possible cancellation
charge subtracted.
【遅れて渡英もしくは早期／遅れての帰国の場合】
delayed departure from JP or early/delayed departure from UK
★往路福岡空港発国際線に乗り遅れた場合は、団体離脱で帰路団体枠が利用不可
になるので、自弁自力（休日でなければ空港で航空券を渡してくれる旅行業者
が支援してくれる可能性はありますが、今回は日曜の出発なので業者が予約操
作ができません）で「往復分（航空会社は自由：帰路は一行と同じ便が便利、
なければ翌日以降便）」を予約して単独渡航となります。現地から帰国便に乗
れなくなった場合も自弁自力手配・単独帰国です。これらの場合、団体枠での
予約分の払い戻しはなく、別途手配とお考え下さい（パック旅行と同様です）。
帰国遅れの場合は、カレッジに滞在延長（有償）の余地がないときは、ケンブ
リッジもしくはロンドン（あるいはヒースロー空港）での宿泊も自弁自力手配
となります。引率教員は本体の引率があるのでできることしかできません。

to and from London on your own and use them possibly alone even if
the returning flight happens to be the same as the group, because in
this case all yourflights are cancelled just like flights on a package tour
can't be changed. A similar thing is true of the case in which it turns out
while staying in the UK that you are unable to come back with the others
on the booked flights. In either case, you will have a little or no refund
regarding the original flights for the group. The accompanying professor
has to accompany the group and therefore can do very little for those
facing these difficulties.
